The Gypsy Horses of A Wizards
Spell Ranch in Burleson, Texas
have an exceptionally astute, sensitive, calm, smart, and loving
nature.
Because of this they provide immediate feedback.
If you are a member of our military suffering from PTSD, TBI, MST,
stress/anxiety, family issues,
stressed, unhappy, angry, feeling grief or lack of
self-esteem,
having personal or family issues, or work life issues,
the horses will provide you an opportunity
to develop insight into your particular challenge and take control of it.
Due to their ability to act a a biofeedback machine, you cannot
fool a horse.
Join other veterans, spouses, and their families
along with an Equine Specialist, Counselor, or peer-to-peer support
group and of course,
the Gypsy Horses to see if there can be a difference in your life.

Linda was in the Public Health Service
(LT Commander), for three years. During that time she was assigned to
FMC, Carswell. That was her assigned position, but when a national
disaster hit, she was a national disaster responder. She became a
"Mental Health First Responder". She was also deployed for mental
health disasters. While at Carswell, both while in Public Health Service
and also as a Clinical Social Worker she was Program Development Manager
of award winning gender specific programs. She also was a program developer for
Camp HOPE (Award Winning), the puppy program. Linda now has her
own clinical practice. Her vast experience has led her to anchoring her
techniques in companioning the person currently struggling with trauma,
grief and life transitions. She finds utilizing Horse Supported
Counseling, Learning and Growth a perfect fit with her modality and is
particularly excited to reach out to female veterans by partnering with
Surmounters.
